If you would like the convenience of renting near DOWNTOWN ATLANTA , a unique house, big shady trees, and a park. McDonough/Guice/ Custer is an up-and-coming historic neighborhood in Atlanta. This house is amazing, SUPER CLEAN and ready to accommodate your stay. This home is a 3 bedroom 1 bathroom home with private parking driveway and street parking, fenced yard and plenty of entertainment space…
The space
This is a 1952 house - with the appropriate upgrades. Three (3) spacious rooms, 10 ft ceiling w/ ceiling fans. Hardwood floors anchor the property with huge windows that allow for plenty of natural light. This house has three nice size rooms with an open concept. There’s 32in Smart TV’s mounted in each bedroom and 50in Smart TV in the living room. Kitchen cabinets and refrigerator are labeled with ROOM #s, please use designated areas.

Your space is a larger size room in the house equipped with a 32in Smart TV, desk & chair and 18 inch monitor. Queen size bed with memory foam mattress, rustic sturdy frame, a dresser and closet with hangers. THIS IS A PRIVATE ROOM WITH SHARED BATHROOM & KITCHEN! 50in Smart TV in the living room, please minimize use and volume during the quiet hours. This is a first come first serve area. Quiet Hours are from 11P-7A, please refrain from using the laundry area during these hours as well.

PLEASE DON’T LEAVE PERSONAL BELONGINGS IN BATHROOM - TOWELS, TOOTHBRUSH, WASH CLOTHS, SOAPS, ETC. Cleaning personnel may discard of these belongings with no reimbursements.

There is a cleaning fee added as I provide clean wash cloths and towels to all guest. Soap, shampoo, lotion, iron and ironing board and FREE WASHING & DRYER ONSITE. The house is open beside a few locked/ restricted areas. I pride myself on cleanliness and promise this is one of the cleanest listing on AirBnB.

NOTE: All Foreign Travelers will need to have access to a US SIM, phone number with text message capability and the ability to download the Smartlock app from either the Apple or Android store. These are requirements to gain access to the Smartlock to gain access to the property.
Guest access
The property is open besides a couple of locked areas.
Other things to note
No 3rd Party bookings on behalf of others, unless previously discussed with host. Host has right to cancel booking if the person who books the space isn’t the person staying. Host has right to cancel if any illegal activity occurs on property. If host is suspicious of any questionable guest activity guest will be escorted off property and no refund issued, this includes AirBnB fraud and scams. Enjoy your stay.
